Propranolol is a beta-blocker which has multiple indications which include: performance anxiety, panic attacks, thyrotoxicosis, hypertension, tremor, heart failure, stable angina, and migraine. We can provide it in a gummy formulation which is easy to chew and absorb or as a tablet.

2. How does Propranolol affect performance anxiety?

Propranolol is a beta-blocker which reduces heart rate. It can be taken one hour before a performance anxiety provoking activity to decrease anxiety. It works by decreasing your heart rate and sympathetic nervous system overdrive.

3. Is Propranolol FDA approved?

Yes, but using it for performance anxiety is off-label.

4. Is Propranolol safe to use?

You should not use Propranolol if you take any of the following types of medications: cardiac, heart rate, nitrates or blood pressure.

You should not use Propranolol if you have any of the following medical conditions: coronary artery disease, dizziness, elderly, abnormal heart rhythms, pacemaker, WPW, myasthenia gravis, or asthma.

Do not take Propranolol if you are climbing tall heights or operating heavy machinery.
