Yes! To get a copy of your prescription/medical record, please contact your U.S. Board Certified Physician using our secure messaging portal.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once placed. Similar to a doctor's office, you cannot unsee a doctor after the visit. Thank you for your understanding.
Once your order is prescribed and dispensed, you will receive an email from our shipping partner with a tracking number to track your package. Please let us know if you encounter any issues with our partners.
Simply go to your prescription tab in your account and add the medication to the cart. You can order up to a year supply with each prescription so feel free to visit us anytime.
Once your order is submitted and payment is processed, our Physician begins to review your medical condition. Due to enormous volume, our Physicians take about 3 days to review and write prescriptions. You should receive a confirmation email regarding your order within 3 days.
