Can I cancel my order once placed?
Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once placed. Similar to a doctor's office, you cannot unsee a doctor after the visit. Thank you for your understanding.
What if my prescription is not approved?
The full value of your order will be refunded to your account.
Do you accept insurance?
Physician Promise does not accept insurance. We are cheaper than insurance providers for these types of medications. Keep in mind, your physician visit is FREE and your time is valuable.
What is the cost of my medication?
You can view our Prescription tab to see the cost of each medication. Our technology may only recommend certain medications based on your condition, so please keep that in mind. Our value to cost ratio is the highest among our peers.
What about Shipping?
Shipping is also free at Physician Promise. It takes about three days to deliver your order once our Physicians have prescribed your medication. We will get it to you as soon as we can, we promise!
Is my Virtual Visit free?
